もう一度ベーシックスキルを磨く事にしました。Nikita YoungのWatercolorクラス。楽しみです。30年以上前の、わたしの旧姓が書かれた水彩絵の具。なんとまだ使える色もあります🤭　そして、Nikkiがちょうどカレッジで人物彫刻も教えていると知り、そちらにも参加するつもりです。こちらは10年以上前にNikkiとカレッジのクラスで出会い、彼女のアドバイスで作った彫刻作品。当時はNikkiとはクラスメイトでした。また彼女から学べて、インスピレーションを貰えるのが嬉しい☺️ I’ve decided to go back to basics and polish my skills by taking Nikita Young’s watercolor class. I’m so excited! I even dug out my old watercolors from over 30 years ago—they still have my maiden name on them. Believe it or not, most of the colors are still usable! 🤭 I also found out that Nikki is teaching figure sculpture at the college, so I’m planning to join that too. This photo is a sculpture I made over 10 years ago in a college class where I first met Nikki; we were actually classmates back then, and I created this piece with her advice. I’m so happy to be learning from her and getting inspired by her once again. ☺️ #watercolor #figure #sculpture #painting
